-> What public data signals a pain you solve exists?
-> What data indicates the need for a specific value prop in your solution?
-> Cut the market into segments based on that data.
-> Build messaging per segment.
-> Reach message–segment fit, then scale it fully.
When all segments reach fit? That's message–market fit. Then hit every prospect with a sequence every 60–90 days on repeat to maximize growth. Anything else is leaving money on the table.
