Do I need to build an integration before I can be listed on the Marketplace?
Yes. To be listed on the Instantly Marketplace, you must have a working integration that meets our technical requirements and demonstrates real customer usage or clear activation potential.
Step 1: Get Started
The first step is to complete the Get Started form so we can route your integration through the proper review and launch flow and set you up for success:
Step 2: Submit Your Application (after completion only)
Once your integration is complete, you will be invited to submit your official application. Only submit this form after the integration is finished:
Even if your integration is already complete, it’s important to follow this process to ensure your listing is reviewed and published accurately. After completing the Get Started form and required steps, you’ll receive an email with instructions to submit your application.
Are there any fees to list my integration in the Instantly Marketplace?
No. There are no fees to list your integration.
Our goal is to highlight high-quality integrations that help customers get better results with Instantly and with your product.
Do you offer an affiliate or referral program for integration partners?
Yes — if your integration drives new Instantly customers, you can participate in our PartnerStack Integration Partner Program. This allows you to track referred accounts, measure impact, and unlock additional co-marketing opportunities.
We strongly recommend setting this up, as partners with referral tracking enabled are prioritized for:
- Marketplace placement and visibility
- Expanded co-marketing opportunities
- Campaigns and partner spotlights to our audience and user base
Commission options
- 0% commission – For partners who want referral tracking only and prefer to remain impartial.
- All integration partners are assigned this by default.
- Up to 20% lifetime commission – Available for qualified partners where there is a strong mutual fit.
Note: All Integration Partners start at 0% commission. If you’re interested in earning commissions, simply create your PartnerStack account and send a message directly within the PartnerStack platform to request an upgrade.
Can I white-label Instantly or offer an OEM “Powered by Instantly” solution?
Yes. If you’re interested in offering Instantly as part of your own product or service (white-label, co-branded, or OEM), please fill out “Getting Started Form” form and indicate this in your submission.
When appropriate, our Partnerships team can help review your use case and recommend the best commercial model to support what you’re building.
How does the review and launch process work?
Once your integration is ready:
- You notify us for review (via the email we send you or Slack, if applicable).
- We share the official “Marketplace Application” form for submission (you do not submit your application before the integration is ready).
- We validate the technical setup and use case.
- We finalize your Marketplace listing.
- We coordinate the listing and co-marketing, if applicable.
We aim to keep this process fast and lightweight. We prioritize partners who are actively building and can launch within a month. A V1 is better than a V3—shipping and validating early helps accelerate future improvements.
Will Instantly help promote my integration?
Yes — once live, we regularly co-market integrations through:
- Marketplace listings
- Partner announcements
- Content and campaigns (where appropriate)
- Instantly in-app pop-ups (when applicable)
- Webinars (when applicable)
- Our social channels
Partners who demonstrate strong execution and strong customer results are prioritized for deeper and more frequent co-marketing.
Why can’t I just build an integration myself? Why do I need to fill out the form?
You can build an integration on your own, but submitting the form unlocks benefits that aren’t available to unregistered integrations, including:
- Marketplace listing & official recognition
- Get listed in the Instantly Marketplace with verified status and customer visibility.
- Proper attribution & usage credit
- Ensure installs and usage are correctly attributed across accounts and workspaces.
- Extended build access & faster support
- Additional build time, clearer feedback loops, and direct support during development.
- Co-marketing & revenue opportunities
- Access to joint promotions, potential PartnerStack referral revenue, and deeper partnership paths.
Filling out the form helps us support, validate, and promote your integration — not slow you down.
