Are there commissions in this program?
The primary purpose of the Integration Partner Program is to work together, track referrals, and attribute impact. Where applicable, this also includes paying commissions on referred Instantly accounts.
We strongly recommend signing up and using your referral code where relevant—such as:
- Lead magnets
- Promotions on your website where Instantly is mentioned
- Your integrations or partners section
Partners with referral tracking enabled are prioritized for:
- Marketplace visibility
- Increased co-marketing opportunities
- Partner campaigns and spotlights to our audience and user base
Commission options
0% commission — for partners who want attribution and tracking only and prefer to remain impartial
Up to 20% lifetime commission — for qualified partners who actively refer customers
Note: All partners start at 0% commission by default. Commission tiers are assigned manually after onboarding based on partner fit, engagement, referral volume, and interest in earning commissions. If this path is of interest, you can request a commission tier by sending us a note directly within PartnerStack after completing your registration.
Do I need to build an integration with Instantly to apply for this program?
No. An integration is not required to apply.
That said, software companies that build and launch an integration with Instantly are eligible for additional benefits such as co marketing posts, webinars and potential commissions, including priority co-marketing opportunities designed to help you acquire more customers.
If you primarily plan to send occasional referrals and do not intend to build an integration, you may be a better fit for:
- Our Refer-a-Friend program, or
- Our Affiliate Program for more content-driven partners
We use affiliate links across all partner programs to track referrals and support co-marketing where applicable and there are still co marketing opportunities available in the other programs.
Who is this program best suited for?
Software companies, platforms, and tools whose users actively run outbound, sales engagement, or GTM workflows—and who want to offer deeper value through an Instantly integration while maximizing product visibility and co-marketing opportunities
How are referrals and signups tracked?
All partners receive unique link tracked through PartnerStack, ensuring accurate attribution across self-serve and sales-assisted conversions.
Is there a minimum volume required to stay in the program?
No minimums to join. Continued co-marketing and marketplace visibility are prioritized for partners who demonstrate consistent activity or customer demand. If we believe another partner program would better support your goals, our team may reach out to recommend a different placement. Regardless of program, you’ll retain the ability to track conversions and work with us.
How does this differ from the Refer-A-Friend program?
Refer-a-Friend is designed for one-off referrals. The Integration Partner Program is for deeper product alignment, marketplace visibility, and ongoing co-marketing.
What happens if I’m already part of another Instantly partner program but also have (or plan to build) and integration?
That’s great — you can remain in your current partner program, whether that’s the Affiliate Program, Refer-a-Friend Program, or Integration Partner Program.
If you have an existing integration with Instantly, or plan to build one, you may also be eligible for additional visibility and co-marketing opportunities through the Instantly Integration Marketplace.

If you’re already registered as an Affiliate or Refer-a-Friend partner and either:

- have an existing integration that isn’t yet listed in the Instantly Integration Marketplace, please fill out this form
Once submitted, our team will review your integration and ensure you’re placed in the appropriate partner program and Marketplace listing.
