How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are tracked in PartnerStack and paid monthly. You choose PayPal or Stripe when you're approved, and every commission is visible in your partner dashboard as it lands.
Do I need to be an Instantly customer to join?
Yes. You need an active HyperGrowth or Lightspeed plan and at least one live client running on Instantly. We also ask for a registered business, business email, live website, and an active LinkedIn presence. This program is for firms already delivering outbound work, so we verify that before approving anyone. If you're not there yet, start in the Affiliate program and apply once you have clients running.
What's the difference between this and the Affiliate program?
Affiliates promote Instantly to an audience. Solutions Partners deliver Instantly to their own clients. If you write, post, or send to a list and want commission on the signups you drive, that's Affiliate. If you run outbound inside client accounts, that's this program, and you earn on both the clients you refer and the accounts you manage. Solutions Partners also get an Experts directory listing, none of which sit in Affiliate.
How do tiers work, and how do I move up?
Four tiers: Starter at 20%, Growth at 25%, Premier at 30%, Elite at 35%. You move up on trailing 12-month revenue generated through you, counting referred and managed client accounts together. Cross $10k for Growth, $50k for Premier, $100k for Elite. Tiers are reviewed monthly and higher ones carry extra commitments.
What is the Experts directory and how do I get listed?
The Experts directory at instantly.ai/experts is the public home of the program. It's where buyers looking for outbound help find a partner and book a call, filtered by language, industry, region, pricing, and client stage. Placement improves with tier: Starter is a standard listing, Growth gets an enhanced profile, Premier is featured, and Elite takes hero placement plus Partner of the Month eligibility.
