I build the outbound channel, run it until it proves out, then hand it over documented.

Infrastructure comes first because that's where most cold email dies. Inboxes spread thin across many domains so one burn doesn't take the campaign with it, every list verified before each send and not just at build. Then segmentation by who actually signs, copy written per segment, and a CRM the replies land in instead of a shared inbox nobody checks.

Nineteen of these in nine years, $1M+ in tracked revenue. The last one put $190k in a founder's pipeline in its first month.

You approve the plan and close the calls. Everything upstream is mine. Tools and data live in accounts you own, so at handover you keep the domains, the lists, the sequences, and the documentation. Nothing is hostage.

You'll recognize yourself if pipeline comes from referrals and relationships and you already know that doesn't scale. Or your ads produce work but not repeatably. Or you tried cold email once, got 40% bounces and landed in spam, and wrote off the channel.

Industry hasn't predicted much for me. The founders I do my best work with have one thing in common: they can close, they just can't also become a deliverability expert this quarter.

What I need from you. A deal size where one closed job pays for the whole system. An offer I can explain to a buyer in one sentence. The capacity to handle leads when they show up.
